All plant material is cultivated and propagated under artificial conditions and are not wild collected. All plants are shipped bare root, in some items you can choose a protective packaging (+0,50€). All photographs on this website show typical examples of the species, hybrids, cultivars in question and are meant for illustrative purposes only. Maybe they do not represent pictures of the actual plant despatched.

Prices

All prices are stated in (EUR). Prices reflect the rareness of offered species and the quality of material. Also it include the price for package and material. 

Packing and Shipping Costs

Orders are sent on Monday of each week after reciving payment. Shipping costs are standard of Correos (Spanish postal service).

Europe: 

a) For orders up to 1 kg: 6.5 € (we do not send substrates except dry sphagnum moss to all european countries).

b) For orders up to 5 kg: 25 € (we do not send substrates except dry sphagnum moss to all european countries).

All orders are sent by express mail, while in their destination usually within 5-7 working days after shipping. Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs. In these conditions plants can travel more than 10 days without any real damage.

Seeds

Seeds are sent every weekday, within a padded envelope to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All seeds are guaranteed freshness.

All our plants are in perfect condition as well as our seeds, and sent with the best possible means of preservation, so that all plants and seeds arrive in good condition. No refunds.

Complaints, Cancellation or Return

We do not hold resposibility for any damage which may occur during transport. Any perceptible damages must be brought immediately to the carrier notice. If there should be any material not satisfactory www.ventadeplantascarnivoras.es does hold responsibility (e. g. disease or infestations), the customer has to contact us.
